Something like that. The tweening can also be adjusted by the fps. But if you want to keep the FPS the way it is, make the movement on the segment of the stickfigure slowly, depending on the FPS.
Let\’s say at 10 FPS; for three frames, make the first at the beginning, the middle at the second, and the last at the third.
