i have a lot of test devices, SN runs well on all of them and functions properly

the thing about Android (not so much IOS) is because of the insane amount of diversity in not only hardware, but also software, + all different types of commonly-used cusomizations – it’s a lot more prone to…having issues

not just with SN but all apps in general, it’s borderline impossible to test every single use case

not to mention just general average-user lack of knowledge when it comes to technology (so many people confuse “lag”/CPU and “memory”/RAM, also so many people have the mindset of “oh, app XYZ was lagging, let me uninstall a bunch of apps to make room” as if that matters in the slightest)

combine this and you get people yelling and me/other app developers for things which are, honestly sometimes the user’s fault

in this case I almost feel like he exported a GIF and is now trying to open the GIF with Stick Nodes or something
