ngl there’s a lot of MC grunts, make sure either yours look unique or at least are very usable (like have all the heads in a MC and a user can easily change the frames and swap through them quickly)

the relaxed restrictions are currently just a lowering of required comments to 10 (from 256), and required days here 30 (from 365)

if necessary, i’ll also lower the required rank of a member from minimum of master-noders (lvl3) to pro-noders (lvl2) if more voters are needed
