i remember back when i used to be like…caffeine – eh, take it or leave it
now i have 2 or 3 caffeine pills daily (i don’t like coffee, you taste it all day no matter what, so i have the 100mg pills)

one in the morning and one around noon

some diet soda here and there caps out my max daily caffeine intake at around 300-400mg

if i don’t get that, sometimes i forget or am busy, i get a really bad headache and feel like dying

its also getting to the point where i don’t even get that post-caffeine feeling of alertness and focus : (
