More website fixes!

Please do report anything weird or buggy.

– Added descriptions to stickfigure thumbnail popups
– Users can’t unlock posts locked by admins, or group mods/admins
– Mentions tab wasn’t showing comment mentions
– The ‘reply” button was missing on comments in Groups you weren’t a member of – fixed now
– Made the “average updates/comments per week” stat more accurate for Groups
– Consecutive logins wasn’t recording data properly, should be good starting now (who will be first to unlock those two trophies lolol)
– Polls shouldn’t mess up with apostrophies anymore
