funny, since i did pretty much the same thing in my series, switching to the villains perspective for a bit around the midpoint (ep.5 by the way)
yeah thats good storytelling, it fleshes out the bad guys from being “just the bad dudes because”
one of my favorite shows, Avatar, did that with one episode “The Beach” which is arguably one of the best episodes of the whole series and just focuses on the “bad guys” in their normal life
also the way you call series seasons and seasons series is bad and you should feel bad

SNM is not a season, it’s a movie. it’s technically all one big season but it will (once the complete edition happens) become a Movie.
Aftermath is series with seasons.
