Think I fixed the like thing.

If this post gets to 69 likes I will actually kill myself.

    • Yes it’s fixed, but that doesn’t stop me from trying to get 69 people to like this post-

it had to do with IP

those of you with ipv6 ip aka something like
        asdf:1234:asdf:1234:asdf:1234

had “too big” of an IP to fit in the database, so logging your likes were failing

“normal IP” people (lmao) with 127.0.0.1 type of IPs were logging just fine

        BUT

I see sometimes you (and others) post from different IPs, could be home/school/cell data/wifi difference, so you may very well just be connected to a wifi on an IP right now that just isn’t able to abuse the system

hopefully not and I just fixed the shit

thank you for attending my ralph talk

              ooooh, okay good

that makes sense, that would allow you to bypass the IP-check system, but I guess…now I’m thinking-how does it link an IP to a user anyway, to show who’s liked it man WHAT THE FU

this update to this plugin sucks dickcheese

thank you for actually telling me because I was about to actually end it all

okay *now* I have it logging by username

(this was set before, but was somehow still plagued by the “large IP” issue)

NOW, you shouldn’t be able to do the VPN thing

              ha

              HA

tbh I legit thought you did that.

Or just quickly switched between school, your mobile data, and maybe wifi-
