Just a heads up, I’m aware of the crash when using the Open/Import menus.
For those interested, and if you want to fix it yourself in the meantime, its because there are file(s) in your list with a really long number, like
5353535353535353535
777777777777777777777
872368726468636467Or whatever. Basically you spammed numbers in a filename. And upon the app trying to convert that long-ass string to a number (for sorting), it’s crashing because the number itself is too large.
I’m gonna get an update out today for this, but if you want, go into your file manager app and rename any problematic files and you’ll be good.

“Hmm, that isn’t my hand…”
Hmm this isn’t my girlfriend…
Well conveniently I’m working on a video teaching users how to name their stickfigures so they’re easily accessible.
lmao
its like, i don’t wanna rage at people when i see it because its not *that* big a deal, but, going through hundreds of ZIP packs a week I just internally rage at this…
Stickfigure Back Arm
Stickfigure Body
Stickfigure Front Arm
Stickfigure Head
vs the correct way:
Stickfigure Arm Back
Stickfigure Arm Front
Stickfigure Body
Stickfigure Head
This is a very simple example but when the pack is like 20 files of 3 different “forms” of a character, this simple alphabetical ordering of names would make such a huge difference in easily finding and identifying files
So Alphabetical should be the ‘default’ way of naming stickfigures.
Alright i’ll mention this in the video.
Not always. I don’t have that kind of files and that still crash but why didn’t you kept the old window ? as they say “If that’s not broken , don’t fix it”.
+ the new import window is SLOW as f**k compared to the old
Neverminde I had one. What a sneaky bastard.
The old window is still slow af
Also , it’s not only the long numbers , it’s the long numbers + the alphabetical option that crash SN. I opened SN , pu back the figs in the files , switched between recent and older , no crash ; alphabetical , crash. Did that several times
