I wanted to do a roleplay of the leaders of our organizations meeting
Which empire does it take place in?
A neutral zone or your empires place

Ok large building of unkown origins but is often used for meetings like this
Arox is sitting at the meeting table when you arrived
*you notice a man wall towards the table, he has 4 guards wearing black armour covered in neon purple*
“So, you wanted so see me?*
*He adjusts his tie*
“yes sorry for the sudden meeting but our organizations keep meeting in similar locations following similar missions. And a few times thought we were enemies. To avoid nasty trouble I wanted us to ally with each other. Mainly because of your soldiers skill I thought I was the only one with an army of elite soldiers
“Intresting proposal, we could use the extra assistance” *he pondered for a moment* “Okay then, from this day forth, the Aroxian-Cerscieant alliance has been formed.”
So what are your main specialties. Mine are training programs and technology
“Robotics and genetic engineering”

The one field we are weak at genetic engineering.
What’s the most powerful robot you have made. Or better yet a machine you can’t poer
*power”
*he waves to the guards and they exit the room, minutes later they return with a cyborg looking creature that seems to be twitching constantly*
“We call it a runner, it can rip through Kevlar like it was paper”
Arox hands him a small battery looking device
“plug this into him “
*one of the guards does that and the runner seems to spring to life. It roars due to the new surge of power and it’s stance seems much more energetic*
“My god, I haven’t seen a runner act like THIS.” *he composes himself* “What even was that?”
“A very small dose of xerix I’m not sure how much the runner could handle because too much tends to make things explode”” xerix multiples and amplifies energy as much as it can”
“Intresting, we’ve been working on armour for them for a while, perhaps we could hide this ‘Xerix energy’ within a battery inside the armour.”
“Bring fourth the armor and pray it dosent explode”
*one of the guards brings a black chest piece into the room*
Arox prepares the Xerix core”where do I plug this in”
(I got to go phone is about to die)

*both of you hear a loud noise outside (kind of a teleportation noise)*
*two guards go the window to investigate*
Arox waves and elite to take care of it
*the guards and elite see a large floating island outside the building*
Shade: wahooo!
*shade (leader of UVA and my OC) jumps down off the island*
Arox welcomes him to the meeting room
*the island disappears*
Shade: Yo
” hello and who might you be?”
“My name is shade, leader of the UVA. I helped with the terrorists who blew up lady liberty”
“Shame however to be honest I never liked it. It gave too much hope then America crushes it.
“I never cared for it too much, but the terrorists blew up my favorite museum. So I sent my robots to take care of them.”
” Ah and what is your specialty
“weaponry and mechanics, oh yeah, also this”
*rushes the runner, but goes straight through it*
*the runner doesn’t seem to take notice, it’s more focused on the massive burst of power it has just gained*
“Not bad”
“Phase technology

“not exactly… you see, im a super human believe it or not. we are trying to extract my blood to create phase tech. we are almost there as well.”
“I have 3.7 million scientists to spare”
“ummm… ok then…
let me better introduce UVA… We are galactic, we have multiple planets worth of scientists, however human scientists are the best at human anatomy. obviously”
” are any of them masters in space time engineering “
“actually yes, but very few people go that way.”
“good because I have somthing you don’t “
“ok then, but we do have very high tech surge protectors lol”
“Bring me somthing you don’t have enough power to power “
“ummm… the only thing we have we cant power is a death star… and yes, its laminated”
After you go to an unpowered death star of your creation
Arox pulls out a canister of xerix and plugs it in. So much energy is up at once the surge protectors are exploding 1 by 1
“eff, we forgot to replace the surge protectors.”
The deathstar looks like it’s about to explode
“wait no! aaaaaand portal. yeah. portals. dont worry itll just end up in episode 4 again.”
“sorry about that didn’t think it would nearly explode. Most of our machines are powers by xerix and are usually much smaller so I thought I could give it a large dose”
“well, here, give me that… imma send it to my scientists to see whats wrong, and measure how much energy is in it. also nullify it to have larger batteries full of it.”
“also in controlled doses”
” so do you want to form a science alliances. I see is both benefiting from it”
You suddenly wonder why the aroxian nation dosent space travel. They are clearly advanced enough
“sure, but why havent you travled into space yet? youre clearly advanced enough.”
” the people didn’t seem to want to. In trying to change that “
