nah its good
a bit of shaky cam, maybe added in post, would enhance the chaotic feel
the dust should be blurry to match the vibe, like the rain is
but the choppy-look works, its a style many animators use
If you struggle doing multiple characters, put them in separate movieclips. It helps a lot.
I animated each one in separate movie clips, it was a nightmare for me since I still didn’t entirely know how they worked lol
