I I think the color scheme is alright but (my opinion because this is what I always do) I would personally move the eyes lower

Color scheme looks oversaturated in places, proportions are wonky due to the use of the default base and he needs something more three dimensional to make the details pop. The scythe looks intresting but color scheme I’dall over the place. Stickfigure overall could use more detail.

Colours are too strong, needs to be more subtle, make the pose more decrepit. Add glows on the eyes / neon parts by using a gradient circle or ellipse.
