*Powers:*
Blue has the ability to manipulate the ice he makes with the help of his staff. It also gives him awareness to time manipulation and the ability to protect himself from it. He can also randomly feel numb whenever he remembers a specific memory by chance which turns him into his Observer form.

Which gives him a high level of tolerance agaisnt physical, and mental pain, along with high or low temperatures . Though this isn’t permanent and when he forgets that memory once more, he loses this feeling of numbness, which takes his Observer form along with it. His personality also changes with this form and may allow him to do things his other form wouldn’t even consider.

*Equipment:*
1. Splinter Shards- Small handsized shards that Thomas can use to temporarily create ice platforms on where they land, they can be either on water or on walls. They can be used on combat by briefly stunning and freezing the body part it hits.

Though it’s more effectively used in traversing the environment. He creates these by taking them directly from the staff, so that he’s able to use them without it.

2. Glacier Skates- Ice skates specifically made for Blue that allows him to create ice platforms with the help of hidden capsules the size of pill containers on the heels, they will automatically release liquid nitrogen while the blades of the skates touch the ground or a platform.

Though they need a base wall or floor on to make platforms, Blue mostly uses these whenever the staff is on recharge mode to have alot of mobility or in recon mode so that he can reach the mode’s full potential.

*Weapons:*
1. The Staff Of The Aurarus-

*Unique Traits:*
Blue uses the three modes of his Aurarus Staff to fight, though a feature common to all of these modes is the ability to shoot out short range blasts of ice. In it’s first mode, named Recon mode, it’s wherein he seperates the staff’s three parts.

(The two sticks and the scepter) to make them into makeshift armor, meaning he places the sticks under both his arms and the scepter on his chest. This allows Blue to blast out ice fairly quickly which can help him traverse the environment by creating ice platforms to slide on.

This is effective at establishing a large perimeter but it’s not the best option to find hiding, indoor targets. While the scepter can act like a protective barrier as it can fully coat his body in ice, giving him good defensive capabilities though he wouldn’t be be able to do anything on his own.

Or it can be used as a surprise attack, quickly and completely freezing a nearby opponent in front of Blue, he can also make the surrounding air cold enough to produce snow or even blizzards. And lastly in its recharge mode, the staff can turn into a Bo Staff that Blue can use at almost any moment.

Though he won’t be able to use all of the staff’s abilities until it fully recharges and he is able to switch modes. Blue’s staff has the ability to nullify the effects of time manipulation when it encases Blue in ice, though it doesn’t have the ability to manipulate time himself.

If he’s in recon mode and chooses to seperate the staff’s three parts, the scepter can act as a failsafe whenever he activates the No Mither option. It immediately encases him in the hardest ice known to man to ensure that he can survive any situation.

Though this will force Blue to sit through 20 years in which the ice will eventually melt away, not including the few hours that can be staved off if he’s in a hot environment.

*Personality:*
Blue is often very lazy in his Observer form, even if he is the acting leader of the, he will try to hide in almost everything, including a snowman to escape his responsibilities. In this form, he doesn’t really care about anything and just observes events unfold /(hence the name)/. Though he will still strive to defend himself whenever the situation needs it.

But when he turns back into his normal form, he’s often very calm and cheery and often /ironically/ likes to drink hot coffee almost constantly to counteract the cold temperatures he experiences everyday almost without fail. But he sometimes drinks a little amount of vodka whenever he doesn’t have access to coffee.

He’s also a workaholic due to the energy that his regularly consumption of coffee gives him, though this is immediately counteracted by his observer form and Spencer, who can cleanse Thomas’s body of any negative ailments that constant coffee gives him whenever he turns into his Observer form.

Though he manages to do good things most of the time.

*Origins:*
It was a few years ago when Thomas went to Alaska with his family, supposedly just to visit his other relatives. But his fate changed when he went hiking with four of his cousins in the nearby Zipounáki cave system. Unfortunately, almost all of his cousins died while the others barely escaped.

It seemed like the cave itself were alive, killing and mutilating them one by one until they either escaped or died trying. It looked like the cave was protecting something, but it may have also been trying to keep people out. Blue was the only one left, traumatized by the deaths of his relatives, some of them he treated like his true siblings.

He reached a small chamber in the end of the caves filled with ice and a staff placed on a stand in the center of it all. He merely crawled with all his might to the staff, he had no choice, large rocks caved in behind him and covered all the exits, and his right leg was injured to a bloody pulp.

After reaching the stand he saw some strange runes engraved into the staff and when he touched the staff, it became very clear what the runes meant. The terrible memories of each of his cousins’ untimely deaths flashed into his mind and was encoded, wheter he liked it or not.

Though the staff slowly but surely counteracted this with the numbness of ice, so he could temporarily forget them. Something soon communicated with him through his mind and offered a deal. Since Thomas worked so hard to earn his favor, he gave Blue one important gift, whenever he would start to remember everything he’s experienced in the journey to reach him.

He would start to envelop Thomas’s consciousness with the qualities of ice, most specifically, numbness. So whenever he would remember, he couldn’t care enough to be affected by the trauma that once haunted him and could soon forget them once more. This was known as his Observer form.

Blue nicknamed the entity “Spencer”, who was the guardian of the staff, which was named the “Staff of the Aurarus”. And so Thomas fled the caves with the help of the staff, and was never heard from again by his family, with only an enclosed letter and a frozen rose to remember him by.

Feats:
• His high pain tolerance in his Observer form once allowed him to pull through and escape a collapsing building while his leg was injured by a piece of rebar when he fell on it.

* He can endure full body frostbite without dying for atleast 2 hours (30 minutes for his normal form) due to both the staff and the fact that he’s pretty used to these cold tempratures.

Weaknesses:
1. Blue’s abilities largely depend on his staff, so if he doesn’t have it, he’ll have to rely on his physical skills.

2. Blue isn’t immune to the cold even in his Observer form, if he’s encased in ice for too long, it could have dire consequences.

3. The staff can only be used for 4 hours until it needs to be recharged. And it can only be recharged in near freezing temperatures.

4. His failsafe should only be used in the worst possible situation as Blue cannot move or do anything at all without the help of others in it. He will also be incredibly weakened when he escapes the failsafe, and can even be knocked out with just one weak hit.

5. When Blue changes form, the few seconds to do this can be used by Blue’s enemies as a guaranteed free hit as he can’t do anything while transforming. This also applies when his staff transforms. Though these transformations are relatively quick so that his enemies don’t have too much time to attack him.
