Im pretty sure most of you have heard of the youtube partner program update.
For those of you who havent, let me explain.
If you cant maintain 4000 hours of watch time and 1000 subscribers, you wont be able to monetize a video or put links to approve websites in cards.
You will still be able to put links in comments and descriptions, but not cards.
If you havent to those 4000 hours and 1000 subs in time, you will get an email saying if you cant reach the goal and maintain it, you wont be able to monetize a video or link approved websites in cards and that you have to reach it in 30 days or less. If you dont, you will forever be restricted from monetizing videos or putting links in cards.

If you want to get around this, you can start donations or yknow start a patreon or something, but you WONT be able to monetize your actual videos or link in cards at all.
