They can be spawned you need to get a horse to get struck by lightning. this can happen naturally but it’s unlikely, so to do it manually you can use commands or in a thunderstorm use a trident with the enchantment channeling.

I’m not sure what level of strength my ninjaplus is, all I know is that his whole body is sharp and can slice a sword in half if you swing wrong, so don’t, also because of how sharp he is he can run freakishly fast as well as that his power level bumps up every time he gets his hand on some gold.
