Scientist discovered a ban hammer without being admin, they called a test subjects to test the test.
1st test has completed. However on 2nd test, the security breach has occured, test subject becamed too op to be banned.
He escaped the facility which it leads to worst event ever. Every veterans were banned for no reason from test subject.
Ash with picachu fighed that guy. Test subject was defeated.
Ralph decided to add a new rule, which is now illegal to create ban hammer
