You could also trace your hand and use that traced image to work from, it might make it easier.

don’t just use a single segment for the palm/main area, you can see how it doesn’t accurately look like a hand
its more tedious yes but, at least make it up of smaller segments to better follow the shape
just make sure you keep that *one* node there to easily rotate the angle, the rest would be static nodes
