You shouldn’t discourage him from showing animations Publicly
A good point with these is to critique them , and if others can’t really tell him what he could fix within his animations , be it walking animation or lip sync , we should be here to help him
Are they eye candy , not really but it’s good to see how he can improve over time , even if it’s mere singular movements

The moves are stiff , your character is a bit unoriginal , but your new here and we all start doing stiff anime .Also don’t forget the running , walking , special ect…
I’d recommend that you train in animation before doing stuff like that : animate , watch tutorials , do fault challenge if possible and I’d also recommend practicing creating figs.
