From what I’ve learnt about making characters, having some real life inspiration can help.
Base Invader off of you, it hasn’t got to be a self-insert just enough details to resemble you in some way.

Yo give creature something to make it interesting, rn it just looks like low effort invader with seemingly no lore. Also his right foot is a shoe.
