the hardcover editions have bunch of bonus features in them (concept art and that type of stuff.)
the white covers are deluxe paperbacks, each book has two volumes in it (deluxe paperback book has volumes 1 and 2, etc). both are in color. the books i have are the original black and white editions.

the song “star power” went through various forms before the version on the album “holy terror, part two”. the initial concept for this song was 10 minutes long and was much more colossal than the final version, which was cut down significantly because i didn’t feel like recording the full 10 minutes. however, i recently decided to re-assemble it based on my notes, polish it up a little, and finally put this titanic creature of a song together. and it’s glorious.
