i have this really bad habit where while im practicing with my band ill start playing stuff from old nes/snes/genesis/etc games and instead of practicing the songs we’re supposed to be playing we all end up playing music from sonic 3 or something for 45 minutes. not entirely sure why i felt the need to post this, but i did. it’s a real problem

i just realized i skipped 11 on here and went from 10 to 12. oh well. gonna pretend it was an intentional artistic statement.

ngl it was a banger right up to the 0:18 mark then it was just noise
i feel like you’re trying to be a bit too “whatever man” if you know what i mean otherwise you got some real potential
if im misunderstanding this as some deep artistic expression like interpretive dance or smth then, well, interpretive dance sucks so-

fun(?) fact: the little ghost dude on the cover was inspired by the cover of phoebe bridgers\’ 2017 album \”stranger in the alps.\” it\’s kind of ironic, actually, because these two records are almost completely polar opposites in volume.

new album announcement, i mean it this time. after the ep releasing on the second (for reference, that’s next friday) then real work on the next album will begin. no real title (i am notoriously poor with names) but sonically it will definitely resemble my recent works, meaning it will be loud, distorted, and heavy. the mascot for this album cycle is the little ghost dude you see on the cover below, which will be the album cover. my songs never had any deeper meaning, they were always meant to convey an emotion but nothing beyond that. they’re abstract paintings with sound representing color, if you will. this album is even more abstract than anything that came before, and likely will come after. it will almost definitely stand out as an oddball release in my already eclectic and varied catalog of experiments. the first song i posted today while the second probably won’t. just keep a look out if this catches yr ire, i guess. why am i still typing? nobody reads this far. anyways, cover art below as per usual.

Legit me when I TRY to make music
most recently, at practice a couple days ago i was playing this on the keyboard and then the others all joined in and we didn’t get any actual stuff done.
