wanted to post this since rooster teeth officially dies tonight.
rooster teeth as a company isn’t great, they’ve made questionable at best business decisions and treated their employees like dirt, but i’d be remiss if i said that their projects (especially this trailer) didn’t have a huge effect on me. this trailer got me interested in animation as an art form rather than a form of cheap entertainment, and eventually, that led to a deeper interest in art itself. and it’s because of that interest i ended up here. and because i ended up here i met some amazing people. never would’ve thought i’d still be so active here like three and a half years later, but alas, here i am.
i don’t have much else to say really. thanks for not being sick of me yet, i guess.

I haven’t been around nearly as long as you have, but while I was here it was great listening to your music (I play it a lot during site logs, it’s catchy) and it’s been great having you around on the site!

I know I haven’t talked to you much and there’s many factors but to be blunt
Not to ride meat or anything but it is honestly a privilege to talk to someone as cool as you and sometimes anxiety kicks in
Hopefully with me being out of college till august I can fix my attitude up but legitimately, thank you for being here with us. With users like the ones spotlighted today being unfortunately common , it is nice to have someone who’s truly skilled , and who’s been a delightful person to be with from beginning to end
I know we met in some odd and stupid circumstances on my end , but I don’t regret being your friend one bit
As for rooster teeth and the animation
I remember back when you joined our little rag tag group how deeply infatuated you were with Rwby and this trailer in particular
Nostalgic
Rooster teeth did blow ass during many moments throughout its existence but it is undeniably that through many of its projects , it’s also helped people like you find new niches and interest and for that alone , I do think it does deserve respect even through the massive errors it’s done
I hope the good spirit of rooster teeth lives on through the fans and the amazing works it’s brought , and that even with it’s downfall , people learn from the negatives it had
