This is Bum bus bee devil savior troublemaker(Devastator) Bomber third party toy. which if I ever do decide to make bomber(scrapmetal) I would get this and us that design just like what Osro did. Looking at concept art, movie designs, etc. this would be last to make out of the Constructicons. I’m probably not going to make it though since I’m super busy through out the summer, and school. And yes, this is actually a toy, but more of collectable:

I kind of like the studio series version because it’s kind of thin I don’t like it’s head tho
I prefer trouble maker because he’s more accurate with the body proportions.
