IMPOSSIBLE because he was dispatched by trunks, Is this taking place after the golden Frieza movie? Impossible again, he got killed by Goku. So the only time that Frieza arrives to earth and leaves earth is AFTER the tournament of power. And then you say he trained and then he BEAT Frieza. *sigh*
I don’t even need to say why this is so screwy. But I will. One, Frieza has trained and meditated to a point where he has mastered his golden form with is stronger than ssjgss. It would be impossible for him to beat Frieza. Two, if Frieza knew that someone was plotting to get stronger than him and beat him, Frieza would kill them. HELL, how Frieza got his golden form after a few months is stupid! And why even bother going to earth? If Frieza was in such a hurry to retreat earth with his tail between his legs even with his golden form. THEN WHY WOULD A SEMI-PERFECT LEVEL ZERO GO TO EARTH??? He obviously has a death wish.
