I really like this. But since you went to review them and help you I shall do so.

First off, Max,
I making a start out character with no transformations was pretty fair. But then I saw the kaioken parts. I’m going to be straight up with you. It’s kinda off a jack off saying can go kaioken X10000, 1,000,000, and infinity. I could understand the X100. But the others was just jumping way over the line. Just to remember you, you need perfect ki control to pull that off and on top of that is incredibly difficult to keep the body in check and controlling that much energy in a sayian body is insanely difficult. Let’s say he pulled x10000 kaioken off. He would be able to hold it for 10 seconds before he feels fatigued and unable to move. Because having that much energy flowing through you while fighting is just impossible. So instead of the kaioken just have your character have a false ssj like in the lord slug movie and have the kaioken be a side thing. Also, if you can try to give his and all his attacks there own name. Thus, it feels less artificial. Also if I was to scale him, I would say he is as strong as ssj future trunks after coming out the time chamber. Also, if has more muscle mass than broly, then the draw back would be that even though he is 8x stronger, his speed plummets. So in other words, he would barely be able to hit anyone. Instead of him going off the rails crazy. Just make buffer and stay aware, the draw back for him would be he gets super cocky.

Now lord zero, he sounds pretty cool, the ice armor thing is a good touch. I had no problem except for 2 things. Right off the bat I don’t really like the name. It feels generic. It sounds more like a failed sonic OC. I would suggest Lord Frostbite or Shivera or something like that. Because zero doesn’t feel Acrosian.(That is what the frieza race is called, not friezan) Also, why does he hate frieza and Goku? I would understand if he hated one or the other, but both? I would understand if hated frieza because frieza is just a terrible guy. Or Goku because he killed his fellow acrosian. But both doesn’t make sense. I would suggest he be around second form frieza to captain Ginyu level. Somewhere in between.

Now for destroy, I really like him. I really like the fact that he wields an axe and prefers melee. But what is kinda odds is that is always in gaint namekian form. It’s doesn’t make any sense why you want to waste energy to be in that form just casually. I would understand if he was just a tall dude, like 8.5 feet. Also, if anyone is going to have a berserker form, it’s him. Other than that, he is cool. I would suggest he be around if you add both burter and recoome together, you would get destroy.

Now for Dare, I see date as being this overly active, feisty and thrill seeking Majin. Also, if anything, if you really want to ship Dare and Zero. Then, make her constantly hit off on him but gets turn down just as often. Kinda like Vegeta with bulma. But he still feels something for her. Don’t make her go buff. If anything, just give her have the 4 arm thing that tien has and instead of buff just make her go like if she starts out as kid buu size but then transforms to Super Buu size. Other than that no problems. I would say she should be around..Full power frieza level…but she hides it for Zeros sack.

He is a human, ok, he fought beerus at 70% power……WAIT?! Now that is over the top. Maybe later on he gets tired of being the weakest member and gets greedy and wishes himself to be that strong but just starting out like that is just…NO. In terms of power, he should be around cell saga yamcha level. Also, just make him around 50 years old. Other than that, no problems

Finally the android, you made him a walking target when you said he make others stronger within 10 feet of him. If anything, if my RHG had prop time. He would own your team because of him. If anything just make it so. He is an android designed to spend life and gather information to store with his ever growing intelligence. He is the science/inventor/intel guy of the bunch. I would suggest he be about. Nappa level…because he doesn’t fight.

And that’s just my silly opinion. Also Change some of their names.
