Im playing project zomboid for the first time. My character got bitten on the chest and the arm and got hurt on the other hand, the arm and the chest are infected. For now he has vandages that washes on hot water but is having nauseas, and is high on temperature. Is this bad or really bad?

Alright so;
bitten = death. A bite has a 100% chance of transmitting the zombie virus. So you’re basically dead in a couple days.
Secondly, for normal infections, please use disinfectant, because you don’t want your regular infection to slow down infections. Healing items such as these are pretty common in bathroom cabinets (residential housed) and of course medical buildings.
