Well Jake the Wanderer wears one but it’s a small and practical one to keep his neck warm.
What you could do is make it like Midna’s hair, make it an extendable hand that can grab things, also make sure it’s INCREDIBLY ornate and has a story of it’s own.
You could also make it like a sock puppet with buttons for eyes, a mouth and also make it sentient, though that’s for more comical RHGs.
Your RHG (if you intending on putting the scarf on him) would not suit a scarf at all i feel and instead would be better off keeping his neck bare (UNLESS YOU MAYBE REDESIGN HIM)
