I’m working on a new novel. Haven’t decided for a name but it revolves around late 1980s-early 1990s Soviet Union, city of Baku, story of a German journalist, Louis Gerrit.
1) the commas look too much like periods i am so mad
2) some parts pretty good and very literature-y “each step filled with regret and sorrow”
3) just curious, is english your first language? I only ask because sometimes your writings have these very random and subtle inaccuracies (“when did we fell apart”)

It’s my third language, actually… Throughout my life I taught myself Turkish and then English. Also, the font makes it look like that, sadly, I’ll try to fix that up, lastly, I’m a huge literature nerd, I try to do as much metaphors as possible. Thanks for the feedback!
