So, would a feature in SN of one section of an animation having tween and other non tween be the same as just animating a certain part with do not tween this frame for the needed duration?

because for tweening to work, the FPS has to increase
else for the “tweened part” it would just be slow motion
so there’s really no way to have them both exist in the same project unless you’re okay with the “do not tween this frame” part being very high-fps and tough to animate as a result
