not really, prionosuchus doesn’t have any living relatives and i’m assuming you’re only making the comparison due to external gills however prionosuchus isn’t confirmed to have external gills and is only shown in paleoart to have gills because they’re primarily aquatic
and prionosuchus is more comparible to the niche and looks of the modern day gharial and shares absolutely no similarities to axolotls other then being primarily aquatic amphibians, other wise prionosuchus is a temnospondyl, a group of amphibians that share absolutely no phylogenetic similarities to salamanders
