I think that’s the problem for many people, they overanalyse films and things.
In some cases it’s fair but others feel like a stretch to see what they mean, everyone would rather be critics than actually just watch the film peacefully.
I saw a rant video briefly about how Thor Love and Thunder was bad because it was too jokey but I think part of why it was good was the whole journey of Thor being able to accept his pain etc and just move on with his life where before that in Endgame he was already depressed.
I think it was a good balance of serious themes and comedic moments.
Most of them are mid-bad
