-given powers to remove stickfigure, if broken, will result in a removal of your rank.
-given powers to report bans to admins (basically votekick brought up by this rank)
-given powers to mute a person up to 5 hours
If any of these rules are severely broken, your rank will be removed
The icon would have some deputy hat on
Ralph (or anybody in the admin rank) can overseer this rank
