    It would be cool to hold elections for the next admin
    Nobody would be removed.
    It is just adding a admin but we all users vote for who should take the place.

            We wouldn’t choose candidates.
            Ralph appoints trusted members to become admin.
            Whoever gets enough votes gets admin.
