First,I’d review the evidence,was the accused spamming relevent or coherent posts with brief interfals inbetween as which is allowed by sticknodes law?If not it would mean one of two things:The accused was spamming irrelevent and incoherent posts or the accused spammed the same post in hopes of being acknowleged by the community.I’d be more leniant if the latter were the case,i.e issuing a warning/cease and dissist notice.I must also take into account that this user must not have been familiar with the rules and regulations of this website.Hence the warning.If the user were to persist,they would not get such luxury.

But he spammed the dangerous link and cussed excessively.
That is indeed against rules here at SN.
What would you do in this situation, whereas this suspect has suffered around 3 crimes.
How would you handle this?
While,they didn’t technically,do the unthinkable and doxed sn users,they most definately had the means to do so.I wouldn’t really get on him for cussing ,unless it was harassment or slurs of some kind,though from what you’ve presented to me,that seems to be the case.He continued to do this on to other ocasions.Posting malware and/or spyware is definately against the rules of this website.The accused party was most definately in the wrong here.
It was slurs, and excessive.
So there were multiple rules broken
illegal aquisition of users’ IP’s addresses.(Possibly illegal irl).
Even when given the benefit of the doubt,he’s still in the wrong here.
