If you’re talking about creating a Stickfigure itself you can only do that inside the app of Stick Nodes, if you saw it on computer than the person was probably using an emulator which is just software that lets you simulate another device or console, in this case it emulated a android or iOS device where they used Stick Nodes.
Submitting a Stickfigure:
If you want to submit a Stickfigure then go inside of the Stick Nodes app, press submit and follow the steps to submitting a Stickfigure, make sure the Stickfigure follows the quality check and guidelines.
Assigning your Stickfigure to your account:
If you want to assign the Stickfigure to your account on the site just go ahead and make sure the email account that you send mail from is the same as your site one, the email you are currently using to get on to your site account.

That’s alright, if I were you though I’d just try and learn my way around what different things do.
Try using rounded segments, play around with size, length, thickness etc. then move to trapezoids etc.
