There’s an easy solution:
1. Drive on the Arch that’s near the Train Tracks, but first, make sure you have a Shotgun so you kill the DAMN VAGOS faster
2. Jump on the Train and leave Big Smoke behind, Big Smoke has terrible Aim
3. Kill them all and this time no other Train and Big Smoke’s terrible Aiming gets in your way
