When you get the UC Voter role, you can go to a select figure and give it a thumbs up. When that figure gets three thumbs from three separate UC Voters, it gets the status of User’s Choice, which gives nothing special but a sense of accomplishment (and eventually badges).

Yes, but it should be noted that it’s not particularly hard to get User’s Choice. Especially since it also requires at least Master Noder, which means unless you’re constantly pumping out the bare minimum, you’ll probably have a few UC wins under your belt.
