In the groups tab ( https://sticknodes.com/groups/ ), there is a section below the big blue box with three buttons, the third one should say “Create a Group.” Follow the instructions it gives you there. You may not be able to, I don’t remember the exact number but I think your account needs to be a certain age to make groups.
