No, definitely not without your lower arms, those arms are a HUGE status symbol for the fallen, it’s what all the dreg’s dream for and those arms are the reason they throw themselves aimlessly into combat

Not necessarily, just because dreg’s don’t have their lower arms doesn’t mean if someone’s missing them they’re a dreg, take Kingent for example, he has his lower arms gone and he is still revered by his friends…
You can be a high rank just make a very good reason for having your arms missing, the fallen don’t just follow anyone.
The reason for my character would be because he was once coming home after a long trip and some bad guys (I do not know who the bad guys in this series are, that’s why I use this term) they cornered him and started torturing him, they were going to kill by cutting his two arms (for this reason he does not have them) and just after cutting them the other members of his house arrived to rescue him.
