only judges are ralph, and technically me by default because im overseeing the whole quality checking process as well

this is an entry im making for fun, so i have no intention of using this to win the contest, and it’s mostly just something im doing to get back into animation somewhat

the other production team members are not judges, but they’re going to participate in the contest (except for mei who made a sample entry) under some set rules i set for them, which is to not start planning their entry until the collab is opened, which i enforced by never sending or explaining the rules to the ones who said they were interested in joining (do note that they only knew that i was hosting the collab, and that it was themed around summer, not much other than that)

and from what ive been seeing as well, they’re going to join joints which only have been established after the collab’s been officially announced, which i know because these guys are also my friends

not to mention the fact that some of them have still been slaving away even today to make some stuff like animated cutscenes, and they havent been able to start on their own entry yet, which is why im allowing them to participate as well

saying this to give full transparency on why there may be some entries from the production team within the collab itself, while some may see it as unfair, i made sure to set some ground rules for them to keep the playing field entirely fair

i can’t do much if people still get mad at it though, but it is what it is
