Dude this is the snow guardian that protects the north or south side of Utopia, remember Epitaph uploaded his stickfigure

It’s the Glacial Warden, a guardian and protector of the southern arctic of Utopia. Though it is very weak and can be destroyed by chucking enough shotgun shells into it, it can rebuild itself after a while to continue protecting.
