The lack of proper site rules and moderation is really something that causes drama to occur most of the time, so I’m wondering if this would work out to fix it.

Seems like good idea but it has its drawbacks too. Recruiting members is a mess and literally day 1 they get promoted members attack them since they get jealous etc.
i mean, moderators get shit on all the time for that

While I’m all for more established rules, I’m worried that having the rules be so heavily drama based will eliminate the ability to have serious discussions.
I don’t want a site where you can barely talk about anything uncomfortable just because “It’s causing drama!!”
serious issues are fine, but if drama is caused, it’ll be stopped immediately.
