    Me and some other aroxian spies take some Euphorium (around 1 pound) and spread it to Dazulian water supplies, poisoning over a quarter of the (opposite side of Colombia) state.

    That has caused chaos and people move (closer towards Colombia), only using up tons more already low resources.

    The whole euphoria-infected part of Dazulia is abandoned, leaving tons of useful resources.

      Quite Impossible
      1.Your spies would immediatley die from high does of radiation.
      2.I did not tell you where I got my Euphorium
      3.Im preetty sure you just spread the non-radioactive Euphorium.
      4.Once again,spies die from radioactive poisoning

        2: We have a special cloaking device that gives us the looks of who we killed, and basic knowledge.
