Kenway was an assassin when in his early 20’s (he is 31 now), growing up he was poor so didn’t take much for granted. After he started his training when he was 19, he came across a rouge assasin and whilst fighting, got his left arm chopped of. He still killed the rouge before dieing.
Once he was in the afterlife, god took pity on him and revived him. He got a mechanical arm and continued his assasin job until he was 25, after that he was ordered to do one last thing, that was to kill the demon (that’s what they think he is) named Ashura. He soon comes across Blake. Together they fight Ashura’s forces
