Not having discord can be a big issue as I mainly use that to communicate with other folks helping me with the series, before I say anything else, what kind of help are you giving to me?
And for the country part, it’s full. There’s really no room to add another country as there’s almost 8 of them already making a significant contribution to the plot, kinda.
Though I may allow it if the country does minor things, I may even have them mentioned, but they won’t be doing anything major.
