your only chance i suppose is if someone downloaded it, but it’s not like epitaph/SN was super-crazy popular enough for random people to be saving stuff
so either some guy saved all of the sn movie but didn’t know it was deleted so they didn’t re-upload it, or its just lost forever

They’d give time stamps to very specific moments of the movie and such
