Okay, that’s where your short sighted arrogance takes hold. If you’d bothered to read anything the characters said you’d understand the story goes:

The Node City is invaded by Empress Roux, a once Origin Being who has turned all of the rejected figs into the Rouxian Hoard. When Ralph is kidnapped, Sean rushes off the warn Epitaph and Kaiju of her return. The two of them enhance Sean into Cyan Claw and send him out to help save Ralph. He first infiltrates her Flagship to save as many users as possible before they can be Assimilated. It is at this point that Explosive Bullet is revealed to be a Traitor. Bullet captures Cyan Claw and takes him to Roux where she explains her goal, obtaining the Node Defabricator. Hearing this, Cyan Claw escapes and rushes to get the legendary sword before she can. Unfortunately, he is ambushed by the Rouxian General Shirokaze. The two battle for the sword, Cyan Claw succeeding. When Shirokaze is felled, Bullet appears once more and takes the sword away, back to Roux.

This is only up to Episode 4 and in very little detail. If you’ve been actually reading my comment here, you’ll see that the StickNodes Movie focuses more on Plot, Characters and world building over mindless action scenes simply cause they’re easy to animate.
