Do any of you guys have advices and tips for female hair?
especially longer hair that reaches to your torso, ive done hair before but they aren’t that great and mostly theyre short haired.

Would also appreciate it if images related are added to your advices, would help me use it as references and such.

    • I used to use polyfills for the long back part of the hair, which made things a lot easier, but there’s not much detail to it. Ngl tho I can’t really explain how to make hair, idk, it kinda just works.

What I can say is that you can just start off with simple shapes, and then add the details like tufts and tendrils and all that after. Like for example, when making a long strand of hair, you can just have 2 or 3 thick segments in the back, and just add some triangles on the sides or at the end poking out and downwards.

Here’s an example of what I mean, though I don’t know if it really works in this case since it’s more of a 45° type of figure than a side profile sooo

Yeah but, I can’t say much other than that, besides like, tracing hairstyles and using them as practice, that’s what I did until I got the hang of it.
