HEV
don't know what it stands for but theyre a PMC-like company (Not true, I’m just assuming since theyre created by a rich and a veteran)
HEV is from a webtoon zombie series, their purpose was just to come over to this infected island and wipe off every single person on it, infected or not.

This version of my HEV is quite different from the original, its still a WIP so there isnt a helmet for them (It’s quite accurate too since the originals dont wear helmets too for some reason)
