Branching veins just being the furthest veins coming from the main veins on your hand, you may have two branching from one for example.
I can see almost every vein in my body, not because they bulge, but because my skin is that translucent

Welcome to exercise, the only way you going to see those veins is if you exercise a lot and are lean / shredded.
Or if you roid up.
Mainly on the lower section of my neck, forearms, and the tops of my hands.
The only visible veins are on my wrist
and a bit on my neck, but thats not worth taking another picture for
