2025-04-20 01:08:44 UTC I used to binge listen to a bunch of Batman OST songs from Batman 1989, Batman Returns, Batman Forever and other stuff from the animated series and mask of the phantasm films during 2020.
Listening to this again is kind of a trip down memory lane for me because I’d listen to these songs when either working or contemplating life while playing Minecraft and so on. It’s not really something I can describe enough for anyone to understand fully where I’m coming from but Danny Elfman still has some really good songs and the Batman 1989 OST is no exception to that.

I had no money at the time but wanted to make a Minecraft realm world for some friends and I to play on, I couldn’t realistically set it up properly so it became my solo survival world for like 3 years before I chose to stop because my Xbox was getting too old and it took 20 minutes just to load the world and Minecraft. Was a lot of fun though, many different memories for me on that and the Batman songs and so on was a very closely knitted thing to the 2020 survival world experience.
